An opening session to understand your context, what has shifted, and what you want to understand more deeply (60 minutes).
02 Deep Coaching Session
A focused session exploring identity, thinking patterns, and decision points beneath the surface (90 minutes).
03 Mindflick Spotlight Profile
A professional behavioural insight assessment used to understand how you think, decide, and respond under pressure.
It reveals cognitive patterns, energy drivers, and leadership tendencies that are often invisible to
you, especially in times of change.
04 Mindflick Spotlight Insight Debrief
A facilitated debrief translating your profile into practical understanding of how you operate in real decisions, leadership, and change.
This is where insight becomes clarity, and patterns that once felt confusing begin to make sense.
05 Guided Reflection Session
Protected time for uninterrupted thinking and integration, without advice or agenda (30 minutes).
06 Mid-Programme Reflections
Short guided reflections to maintain momentum and deepen clarity midway through the work.
07 Integration and Direction Plan
A structured summary capturing insight, emerging direction, and next steps.
08 Final Review & Completion Session
A closing session to consolidate learning, reflect on progress, and intentionally complete the programme (90 minutes)

The pace is intentional — spacious enough for reflection and integration, without becoming open-ended or drifting.
You’re supported throughout, but the programme is designed to complete, not continue indefinitely.

It does not diagnose, treat trauma, or focus on healing the past.

Before we begin, there’s a short orientation to understand context and ensure the programme is the right fit.
