Coaching Agreement

This Coaching Agreement sets out the terms under which coaching services are provided by Ink and North Limited, a company registered in England and Wales, trading as Philip Roylance (“the Coach”, “we”, “us”), to the individual purchasing coaching services (“the Client”, “you”).

This Agreement applies to all coaching programmes offered by Ink and North Limited, including Presence Path™, Momentum, and Immersion.

By purchasing a coaching programme, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to this Coaching Agreement and the relevant Programme Schedule below.

1. Nature of Coaching

Coaching is a professional, collaborative process designed to support reflection, clarity, decision-making, and personal or professional development.

Coaching is:

not therapy, counselling, psychotherapy, or mental health treatment
not advice, diagnosis, or direction
not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, or financial services

You remain fully responsible for your decisions, actions, and wellbeing.

2. Eligibility

Coaching services are available to adults aged 18 or over only.

By entering this Agreement, you confirm that you are mentally and emotionally able to participate in reflective coaching conversations.

3. Coaching Relationship & Confidentiality

The coaching relationship is confidential, subject to legal and ethical limits.

Information may only be disclosed if:

required by law
there is risk of serious harm to you or others

Coaching notes remain the property of the Coach and are not shared.

4. Fees & Payment

All coaching programmes are paid in advance.

Payment options may include:

one-off payment via secure checkout
instalment plans offered through third-party providers (where available)

Any instalment arrangement is a financial agreement between you and the provider and does not alter this Agreement.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

engage openly and honestly
attend sessions punctually
take responsibility for your wellbeing
communicate promptly if issues arise

Coaching is most effective when treated as an active, participatory process.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

the Coach is not liable for indirect or consequential loss
total liability is limited to the fees paid for the programme

Nothing in this Agreement limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Programme Schedule - Presence Path™

This Programme Schedule forms part of the Coaching Agreement between Ink and North Limited (trading as Philip Roylance) and the Client.

By purchasing Presence Path™, you confirm that you have read and agree to the Coaching Agreement and this Programme Schedule.

1. Programme Description

Presence Path™ is an eight-week, structured coaching programme delivered online.

It is designed to support clarity, steadiness, reflection, and direction during periods of transition or internal change.

2. Format & Delivery

Duration: 8 weeks
Delivery: Online (video sessions and reflective work)
Sessions are scheduled by mutual agreement

Presence Path™ is a time-bound programme and is not open-ended.

3. Fees & Payment

Payment is made in full in advance via website checkout
Instalment plans, where offered, are managed by third-party providers and do not alter these terms

4. Refunds & Cancellations

A full refund is available within 14 days of purchase provided the programme has not started
Once the programme has begun, refunds are not available
In exceptional circumstances, the Coach may offer a deferral at their discretion

5. Client Commitment

The Client agrees to:

attend sessions punctually
engage openly in reflective coaching
take responsibility for their wellbeing between sessions

6. Nature of the Work

Presence Path™ is a coaching programme, not therapy, counselling, or mental health treatment.

The Client remains responsible for their decisions, actions, and outcomes.

Programme Schedule - Momentum

This Programme Schedule forms part of the Coaching Agreement between Ink and North Limited (trading as Philip Roylance) and the Client.

By purchasing Momentum, you confirm that you have read and agree to the Coaching Agreement and this Programme Schedule.

1. Programme Description

Momentum is a longer-term coaching relationship designed to support sustained growth, integration, and forward movement over time.

It offers continuity, depth, and ongoing reflective space.

2. Format & Delivery

Delivery: Online coaching sessions
Session frequency and duration are agreed in advance
Momentum is not a crisis or on-demand service

3. Fees & Payment

Payment is made in advance via invoice or secure payment link
Any instalment arrangements are governed by third-party provider terms

4. Refunds, Pauses & Changes

A full refund is available within 14 days before the first session
Once coaching delivery has begun, refunds are not available
Pauses or rescheduling may be offered at the Coach’s discretion and are not guaranteed

5. Client Responsibility

The Client agrees to:

engage actively in the coaching process
communicate promptly if challenges arise
respect agreed boundaries and session timings

6. Nature of the Work

Momentum is a coaching relationship, not therapy or counselling.

The Client remains responsible for decisions and outcomes arising from coaching.

Programme Schedule - Immersion

This Programme Schedule forms part of the Coaching Agreement between Ink and North Limited (trading as Philip Roylance) and the Client.

By purchasing Immersion, you confirm that you have read and agree to the Coaching Agreement and this Programme Schedule.

1. Programme Description

Immersion is an in-person coaching experience designed to create focused space for deep reflection, insight, and recalibration.

2. Format & Delivery

Delivery: In-person
Location and dates are confirmed at the time of booking
Travel and accommodation (unless stated otherwise) are the responsibility of the Client

3. Fees & Payment

Payment is required in full at the time of booking
Places are limited and secured only upon payment

4. Refunds & Cancellations

A full refund is available within 14 days of purchase
After 14 days, refunds are not available due to venue and accommodation commitments
If the Coach postpones the Immersion, the Client will be offered a transfer or credit

5. Attendance & Conduct

The Client agrees to:

arrive on time and participate respectfully
take responsibility for their physical and emotional wellbeing
follow reasonable safety and venue requirements

6. Nature of the Work

Immersion is a coaching experience, not therapy or medical treatment.

The Client remains responsible for personal decisions and outcomes.
